Tehran’s interim Friday Prayers Leader, Hojjatoleslam Kazem Seddiqi, has noted that the divine appointment of Prophet of Islam, Mohammad (PBUH) was an uprising and movement against injustice, and ignorance.

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Referring to the remarks made by the Leader of Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, on the anniversary of divine appointment of Prophet of Islam, Mohammad (PBUH); Tehran’s interim Friday Prayer leader said that popular movements in Middle East, Persian Gulf, and North Africa are an Islamic uprising against corruption and oppression.

In further remarks, Tehran’s interim Friday Prayer leader said that the ten-year rule of Prophet of Islam, Mohammad (PBUH), was the rule of justice, while pointing out that with the victory of Islamic Revolution, Islamic Republic of Iran has stood firm against all conspiracies for 32 years and will also stand firm against all plots in the future.

Hojjatoleslam Seddiqi reminded that the steadfastness of the Iranian nation against injustice is currently observed in the region, and has inspired the popular uprisings in the region, Europe, and the US.

Tehran’s interim Friday Prayer also referred to the terrorist explosion on June 28, 1981, and said that the Global Arrogance, in this explosion, martyred 72 officials of the sacred Islamic establishment.

Hojjatoleslam Seddiqi pointed out that all the conspiracies hatched by the Global Arrogance against the Iranian nation and government awakens the Iranian nation, preventing the Global Arrogance from attaining its ominous goals.
